Welcome to another episode of My Guest Tonight! I'm your host, Jeff Revilla, and this week we have an inspiring and enlightening conversation with Praxie Osong, founder of Wisteria Rising and advocate for understanding neurodivergence through astrology.
Meet Our Guest: Praxie Osong
Praxie Osong is an astrology enthusiast and inclusivity practitioner whose personal journey with late-diagnosed ADHD and autism has shaped her unique perspective. She blends the analytical depth of astrology with lived neurodivergent experiences to help others identify, understand, and celebrate their authentic selves. Through her practice, Wisteria Rising, Praxie encourages clients to embrace who they are by decoding their natal charts and reframing “divergence” as intentional design rather than something that needs to be “fixed.”

Episode Summary
In this episode, Praxie and Jeff explore the intersections of identity, astrology, and neurodivergence. Praxie shares her origin story, from growing up in Maryland to discovering astrology at age 12, and later receiving an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood. Reflecting on how astrology became a validation tool, she discusses how society's push for self-improvement can reinforce shame, and how seeing ourselves as “divergent by design” is ultimately more liberating.
The conversation also covers:
- The ways astrology and psychology hold space for understanding our strengths and quirks
- How Praxie’s work helps late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults rediscover their true selves
- The power of unmasking, authenticity, and reframing shame-driven self-improvement models
- Praxie’s vision for Wisteria Rising: inclusive workshops, seminars, and continued education to foster greater awareness in workplaces and schools
If you’re feeling stuck in routines, questioning your identity, or simply curious about how the stars can shine a light on your unique makeup, this episode offers fresh perspective and practical tools for personal growth.
